Legal & privacy information

Player software only

Binge4K Player is software for playing media from sources supplied by the user. We do not sell, provide, host or distribute IPTV subscriptions, television channels, movies or series. A player licence unlocks software functionality only.

You must have permission to access the sources you add. Do not use the software for unauthorised streaming of copyrighted content. You are responsible for your playlists and compliance with applicable laws and content rights.

Demo media

The built-in demo uses “Mossy Tree” by Elvis Deane, released under CC0 1.0. Demo movies, series and channels reuse the sample clip. Demo channels are simulated and are not live broadcasts. View the sample source and licence.

Activation

The player offers a seven-day device trial. Continued use requires a device licence. Activations are handled by the administrator or resellers. Activation does not purchase or include a content subscription. Each device requires its own activation; linking devices to one account does not transfer a licence.

Account and device information

The service processes account details, device identifiers, activation status and operational records to provide account access, licensing and support. Device credentials protect access to linked devices. Do not share your device key publicly.

Playlists and viewing preferences

Playlists may contain provider addresses and access credentials. When you add playlists through the portal or enable synchronisation, the service processes that information to deliver it to your selected devices. History, favourites and progress may be stored and synchronised according to your settings.

Incognito mode prevents new viewing history and progress from being stored locally or synchronised while it is enabled. Existing history is not automatically deleted. Playlist PIN locks restrict credential viewing, editing and cross-device copying; playback remains available on its existing device.

External services

Metadata and artwork may be requested from TMDB. Subtitle requests use the subtitle service you configure. Push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging and a device registration token. Your playlist provider receives requests needed to fetch and play your media. These providers operate under their own policies.

Website and support

The account portal uses cookies for login sessions and request protection. Hosting and delivery services may process IP addresses and request logs for operation and security. For account or privacy requests, contact [email protected]. Do not include passwords or device keys in public messages.
